What to Expect
5 Telehealth Sessions
The initial evaluation is our opportunity to discuss and assess your primary concern. At this time, the plan of care will be discussed. Dr. Elizabeth will create personalized exercises and frequency to help you safely complete the activities that are currently limited. At each of the four subsequent 30-min visits, you will reports current symptoms and functional limitations and perform the assigned exercises via a video-conference platform.
